We will not support basic requests for returns/exchanges. That said, please let us know so we can see if we can resolve your issues.
If you notice any other issues with the products please let us know. we will submit a problem report to the printer.
You SHOULD use the Printful return address in all cases.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
If an incorrect address is provided, or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned the printer. The product can be reshipped at an additional shipping cost (approx. $5.00) within 30 days.

How are the shirts Printed?
How are close-out shirts printed? We use Permaset Aqua inks which are considered leaders in eco-friendly ink production. One of the great benefits of using water-based printing is the cotton fabric is actually dyed. Please look closely at the detail images presented with each shirt, you will see how the printed design actually becomes part of the fabric. We was all the shirts once to guarantee the quality of the shirt. As this is a dyed fabric rather than a plastic decal printed on the shirt, there will be some quality variance and the shirts will gently fade over time.
How are Printed on Demand shirts printed? Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a popular technique for printing designs on clothing, including t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments. Here's a more detailed explanation:
How it works:
DTG printing uses specialized inkjet printers that apply water-based ink directly onto the fabric.
No screens or transfer sheets:
Unlike screen printing or heat transfer methods, DTG printing doesn't require screens or separate transfer sheets for each color.Full-color printing:
DTG printing supports full-color printing, allowing for complex designs with gradients and intricate details.Ideal for small to medium orders:
DTG printing is well-suited for smaller to medium-sized orders and is often used for on-demand printing and personalized garments.Best for natural fibers:
DTG printing is generally best used on natural fibers like cotton, but it can also be used on some synthetics.Durability:
DTG prints are generally durable and can withstand multiple washes with proper care.Pre-treatment:
Some DTG processes may require pre-treating the garment with a bonding agent to improve ink adhesion.
What are the care instructions? To properly care for DTG (Direct to Garment) printed shirts, wash them inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and fabric softener. Do not dry clean. Wash inside out in cold water. Lay flat to air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron inside out if desired. Never iron directly on the design.
For Close-Out Screened shirts I would recommend following the label on the shirt. As far as the print is concerned there are no special instructions. I would not recommend using hot water only but more for the planets care than the shirts.
